Evict Inhabitants of 30 Loughborough Road for Constant Anti-Social and Criminal Behavior

Evict Inhabitants of 30 Loughborough Road for Constant Anti-Social and Criminal Behavior
The Issue
I am a resident living in constant fear, severely impacted by the ongoing anti-social and criminal behavior stemming from the occupants of 30 Loughborough Road. My children are terrified and tired of listening to their chaos on the other side of his bedroom wall as he tries to sleep. Our once peaceful home has been ruined by the relentless disruption caused by these individuals. Since their arrival, our home has turned from a place of comfort into a constant warzone—threats, noise, excessive waste, all-day gatherings, and unending traffic have become the new normal.
The situation has escalated to the point where stepping outside of our home means facing intimidation and distress. The noise never stops: shouting, arguing, the blaring of loud music, and parties that carry on until the early hours—even on weekdays. At times, up to 30 people are packed into the house for extended periods, causing a constant disturbance. The smell of marijuana fills the air day and night, making it impossible to escape, even within our own home. It seeps through windows and doors, leaving us feeling suffocated by the excessive drug use taking place just meters away.
The chaos isn’t limited to the adults—young children in their household are left screaming and crying at all hours of the night. It’s heartbreaking to witness, and yet another sign of the complete lack of concern they have for anyone around them, including their own family.
We’ve also witnessed disturbing levels of criminal behavior: cars being broken into, stolen Amazon parcels left discarded in the street, and even bikes being taken from people's front gardens. It feels as though our neighborhood has been transformed into a lawless zone, and we are powerless to stop it. Strangers are constantly loitering around the property, sometimes in the middle of the night, leaving us feeling unsafe in our own homes. Even more concerning, stolen vehicles have been kept on their property and were only removed when the police intervened and had them towed away. The fact that stolen cars were being harbored in our neighborhood speaks volumes about the level of criminal activity taking place.
The excessive waste piling up outside the house, from broken furniture to discarded rubbish, is another constant reminder of the situation we’re dealing with. It not only looks unsightly but has started attracting pests and further deteriorating the environment around us. It’s clear that the occupants of 30 Loughborough Road are showing no regard for their neighbors or the neighborhood at large.
On top of everything else, I have personally been subjected to sexual harassment from some of the men living there. I have been forced to endure disgusting and inappropriate comments that make me feel violated and unsafe in my own community. No one should have to live in an environment where they are degraded and disrespected simply for walking outside their front door.
We have tried everything to resolve this situation. We have spoken to the occupants directly, offering kindness, understanding, and even help, hoping they would change their behavior. But all efforts have been met with hostility, disregard, or indifference. We have contacted the police multiple times, reported the concerns to social services, reached out to the council, and even informed the landlord—yet nothing has changed. Every attempt to seek assistance has led nowhere, leaving us feeling abandoned by the very authorities meant to protect us.
This ongoing nightmare is taking a serious toll on my family. The emotional and psychological strain of living in such an environment is overwhelming. We’ve become prisoners in our own home, unable to find respite. The persistent stress is not just a nuisance; it is damaging our health. Research has shown that long-term exposure to high levels of noise and chronic stress can increase the risk of severe health conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes, and anxiety disorders (Healthline, 2021). No one should have to live in such an environment where their basic well-being is constantly at risk.
Every time we leave the house, we fear what we might return to. Will it be more damage to our property? Will our children be exposed to even more intimidation or bullying from these individuals? We shouldn't have to ask these questions. No one should feel unsafe in their own neighborhood.
It's time we take a stand for the safety, health, and peace of our community. The residents of 30 Loughborough Road must be held accountable for their actions. By signing this petition, you are voicing your support for immediate action—demanding the eviction of those responsible for this turmoil. This isn’t just about us; it’s about ensuring that every resident in this neighborhood feels safe, secure, and respected in their own home. The local authorities must act swiftly to remove these individuals and put an end to the disruption that has made our lives unbearable.
We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for the right to live peacefully in our own homes, free from fear and chaos. Together, we can restore peace to our community. Stand with us and sign this petition now to demand justice, accountability, and a return to the peaceful life we all deserve.
