My life turned into an unexpected turmoil in December when my neighbour on Mt Pleasant Ave began registering frivolous complaints against me, my family, and coninued harrassing others in the neighbourhood. Since then, I've received unwarranted visits from city bylaw officers, sometimes up to three times a week. Not one of these charges have stuck, proving their groundless nature. Our peaceful existence, and more importantly, that of our children who have been subjected to unfounded allegations, has been disrupted.

These incidences are not just limited to my family. Almost every neighbour in our Mount Pleasant Ave London community has faced numerous false complaints from this particular tenant out of sheer spite. Repeated investigations within our single neighbourhood for baseless accusations place an undue strain on community resources. We believe that this is causing a significant inconvenience for our city authorities, though due to privacy laws, they are unable to comment on specific cases.

We are urging the property owner to carry out their responsibility to ensure a peaceful living environment by issuing an eviction notice to the said neighbour. We respect the fact that eviction is a serious decision that shouldn't be taken lightly, hence we wouldn't be requesting this if the circumstances weren't so dire. We also hope that those holding power within the community and the justice system will aid in resolving this issue.
