To the “Refund for GTX 970” community, We have been working hard over the last month to build the legal case against NVIDIA. Many you have contacted us and your comments are invaluable to our investigation. Now that things have slowed down a bit we wanted to provide a brief update for everyone. So far, we’ve filed five lawsuits in five different Federal Courts (Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania), and we expect NVIDIA to respond to each of these lawsuits around the 3rd week of May, 2015. At this time we are continuing the investigation and, with your help, may decide to file additional cases in the future.
