Next Sunday 4th July I will be going on a sponsored walk for East Sussex Freedom from Torture . It is an 8 mile walk to and from the East Sussex village of East Dean. The work ESFFT does in providing help for the victims of torture is invaluable.

It will also help in getting me fitter and losing some weight!
