We recently had a judicial race for Niagara Falls city court judge. Unfortunately Jenelle Messer ( who already has another sibling on the same bench, and a father who is a judge ) broke multiples rules the whole race, while other ran a clean race , and had her other attorney friend/partner, who is a VIOLENT sexual predator that’s  currently up right now on 12 counts of rape including a minor , be one of her main campaign managers. His name is Nick DAngelo , who is still going around hurting , raping and threatening men women and children and was also charged in 2009 for raping a minor as well . Jenelle messer (faso) had DAngelo change her last name back to her maiden name Faso, for the race knowing the name Faso would also help get her in and to distract the community from finding out that her husband, Hugh Messer, is also a sex offender who raped a young girl at Niagara wheatfield high school back in 2006 while working as a sheriff deputy. Jenelle lied and covered for her husband when that happened and signed a false affidavit saying the only reason her husbands DNA was found at the school was because she was craving sex at 8 months pregnant , so she went to the high school to sleep with her husband . Even if that was true ( which it’s not ) Imagine a grown woman wanting sex so bad that she had to go to a high school sneak into an office with her husband and sleep with him ? She tried to help cover up her husbands sickening actions by lying , like she is currently for nick DAngelo, and she did get caught, but unfortunately the faso last name helped save her once again. Jenelle has also been caught threatening victims not to come forward with the current rape case involving her work partner DAngelo , she even went as far as to lie for nick and get an innocent victims charges against him dropped. DAngelo has been caught tampering with evidence and witnesses and this woman has helped do the same for him. Way More than half of our city, do not want this woman as a judge , let alone a lawyer. Especially when she has been caught doing personal favors for rapists, criminals and having her friends and family make threats to victims of D’Angelos and her husbands , saying that we all better hope we don’t end up infront of her. Even had a friend threaten a drive by shooting. That’s not something that should be tolerated and is a huge threat to innocent people. If it were any of us who did that stuff we’d be in jail. She doesn’t do this because it’s her job, she does it because she knows she can and because of the people she surrounds herself with. She also had her brother who is a felon and huge drug addict, threaten and harass and stalk anyone who didn’t want to vote for his sister and who tried speaking out against her, or just for the simple fact some people did not want a Faso sign on their lawn. Look up Jeff fasos criminal history. He was also going around stealing other candidates signs plus more. thankfully he is back in jail for violating parole, but Jenelle will most likely get him out. So that is also something our community cannot risk having her do and encourage when we already have to fear her husband and partner and her. Her family has also been involved in a few animal abuse situations and cases in which resulted in the animals being killed. One of her and her family members friend also sexually assaulted a woman recently at a protest that was against Jenelle, outside of her husbands work at lanes funeral home. he assaulted her while he was holding a faso sign in his hand. He was arrested then released. But they also tried putting the victim of that situation infront of judge Faso when asked not to ! finally they recused themselves but they tried pulling that unacceptable behavior again. So Jenelle Messer Faso surrounds herself now with 3 sexual predators with two of them being pedophiles, one of them being her husband and the other her campaign manager up on 12 counts of rape and more to come , a violent mentally unstable brother (Jeff Faso) who’s on hardcore drugs, her father and brother who are judges helping protect her, a history of animal abuse in the family involving her side and her husbands side, lied about multiple things that are the most important things to not lie about when running for judge , lied about where she lived as well , she has been and still is very inappropriate and disgusting towards the community and innocent people, and still is, also does drugs and drinks heavily herself, victim shames and threatens rape victims into not ratting in Nicholas DAngelo, Jenelle is also involved with white supremacists and made horrible racist attacks against her opponent and had nick DAngelo write articles about him in his paper “ the Niagara Reporter “ all out of spite because he obviously had and has more respect from the community than her and showed his support for rape victims. We don’t want someone in charge of making decisions that can ruin someone’s life all because she either doesn’t like them, or is doing it as a personal favor for a friend and family member. Which she’s already had more than enough family members and friends threaten to screw people over it court purposely. And most importantly, we need to show people like her and higher ups who she has who protect her, that we do not allow corruption! Please everyone we need as many signatures as possible to get this hopefully stopped and show that we are not allowing someone like this to have an important position, to hurt more people and getting paid a lot of money to do so. Everything  we’ve said in this so far is based on facts proof and evidence.
