I'm starting this petition because this baby was attacked and mauled by these 5 pit bills and the city of Spencer OKLAHOMA only took 1 of the dogs. People in this neighborhood have called the police and city many times on these same dogs. Saying they are roaming free and are very aggressive. And nothing has been done.  Now, Baby Jj is in critical condition.  Baby Jj and no other child or family should have to go thru what this baby and family are going thru. Please help sign to have these dogs removed from this neighbor and euthanized. Cassandra and Jose Rodriguez need your help to keep their other children and yours safe.
