Despite the existence of institutions like EUFOR BiH and UNBiH, tasked with implementing the Dayton Agreement, we are witnessing a troubling reality where war criminals profit, and nationalist parties are protected. It is time for the international community to take concrete measures to strengthen the rule of law and promote solidarity.

EU2024 provides an opportunity to address these issues and ensure that Europe is not undermined by nationalism. We must collectively advocate for the Human Rights Convention, strengthen the rule of law, and act in solidarity to address the problems in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
