Participan en Eurovisión , su religión mayoritaria es el cristianismo y hablan inglés, así que son perfectos para sustituir a los británicos.

They take part in Eurovision, their majority religion is christianity and they speak english, so they are perfect to replace the british. 

Como ya no son parte de la common wealth a lo mejor esto les hace ilusión.

As they are no longer part of the common wealth maybe this will excite them.

Así ya no tenemos que quitar la estrella de la bandera y metemos un país serio, y no uno de esos que empiezan a ser más Ásia que Europa. Qué mas da que sea otro continente, a Eurovisión no le importa y a mi tampoco.

This way we will not have to take a star of the flag and we'll introduce a reliable country and not one of those that are more Asia than Europe. Who cares is another continent, Eurovision doesn't care and neither do I.
