Bu Imza-Kampanyasi ile sayin Metin Güler ve sayin Oğuz Tolga tarafindan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan´in diplomasi hakkinda AİHM-AVRUPA İNSAN HAKLARI MAHKEMESİ'NE açilmiş olan davayi destekliyoruz.

Anayasamızın 101. maddesinin 1. fıkrası:
"Cumhurbaşkanı, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisince kırk yaşını doldurmuş ve yükseköğrenim yapmış kendi üyeleri veya bu niteliklere ve milletvekili seçilme yeterliğine sahip Türk vatandaşları arasında beş yıllık bir süre için seçilir." hükmünü amirdir.

Sayın Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, anayasada öngörülen: "Cumhurbaşkanı, yüksek öğrenim gören kişiler arasından seçilir" kriterine haiz değildir. Zira var olduğu iddia edilen yüksek okul diploması sahtedir.

I hereby by my signature support the legal proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, filed by Mr. Metin Güler and Mr. Oguz Tolga on 2 July 2018, concerning the missing diploma of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Constitution of the Turkish Republic states, according to Chapter 1, Art. 101 that:
"The President of the Republic shall be elected for a term of office of five years by the Turkish Grand National Assembly from among its own members who are over 40 years of age and who have completed their higher education or from among Turkish citizens who fulfil these requirements and are eligible to be deputies."
The current turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan does not fulfill the requirement of the constitution for a completed university education. The diploma submitted by him is a fake.
