Just 2 days after starting the petition, I got an email from Primera air confirming that my reimbursement has been processed and it will be in my bank account the next day.
I think this is their way to ask me to end this petition, but I will not stop!
Yes, I have got my money back, but I am still owed compensation.
But more important, I want their horrible customer service to end. Specially after looking at some of your reasons to sign and reading the tweets: https://twitter.com/donotflyprimera
Finally, the author of the telegraph article has responded and I am hoping he will be helpful.
