This Plenary Debate was the outcome of hundreds of petitions submitted to her Committee which collaborated with the Committee of Legal Affairs JURI, chaired by Pavel Svoboda, MEP for the Czech Republic. The Commissioner Vera Jourova has committed herself to deliver a revision of the Brussels II regulation that is currently in place, by the end of June.
