At then end of July Daniel Dalton received a reply from the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority in UK) which indicated that they had referred the complaints they had received from leaseback owners to the DGCCRF (their consumer counterpart) in France. As this does not sound too dissimilar to the actions already taken, Mr Dalton has again written to Commissioner Jourová, detailing the response of the CMA and asking if she is able to assist in the coordination of information between the national consumer authorities of Ireland, France and the UK in an attempt to find a resolve to this issue. Any UK based owners who have experienced problems and have not already submitted a complaint to the CMA should do so now, and also notify Daniel Dalton's office at daniel.dalton@europarl.europa.eu.
