Put health and safety of animals first

Apparently to establish an Australian publicly accessible database of suspected adverse experiences to veterinary products there needs to be changes made to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 to exclude the "confidential commercial information" provisions of the Act from being applied to the APVMA's Adverse Experience Reporting Program. The application of these provisions could also prevent the APVMA from warning pet owners of problems that occur with approved veterinary products post registration. I have started a petition to establish a parliamentary inquiry into the Adverse Experience Reporting Program to find out what is happening. Please sign and share this petition https://www.aph.gov.au/e-petitions/petition/EN9792 Thanks. Robert Campbell
