We are in a pickle today... got word last night that there is a hiccup in the legal strategy between "Personal Injury" and "Wrongful Death". After the (almost) college course I received by our Attorney, in the difference between the two, I can truly say I can probably teach on it, at this point! VASTLY different they are. So...As I refocused them to the wrongful death that started this, somehow it flipped to "personal Injury" and was told that there "...was no case ...the preponderance of evidence wont support Personal Injury...". So, they shuffled in though and hesitated in speaking trying to figure out how we got here, They closed the conversation apologizing and saying they would revamp the case to the Wrongful Death and to precede to trial. The long and short of it...they delayed us...but will not deny us our day in court to hold Jerry Lane Pillows Williams (still held without bond in the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Facility in South Carolina) fully accountable for the death and loss of my baby, Zakiyah Hana Ali SAY HER NAME!!!!!!!
