Your wing span is only as wide as you allow it. You can sit still as a low-lying pigeon or soar with the eagles, simply by changing your mind! 

Thats was the thought process when beginning this mission of happiness and hope! We have received our new Attorneys for the Wrongful Death Suit and will be moving forward with the criminal case this week as well. We have have been assigned a Solicitor (District Attorney) and we have a wonderful Victim Advocate, the beautiful Miss Nicole, that will be our guide and our hands in this action. She will be the voice of our family until the trial and prayerfully will be the hands on in this whole process... she is the best and has been my ROCK in this!

Its like there has been a gameplay set, in something as unexpected as the Death of Zakiyah and she has been trained to know what we will need and provides it...She is a true Angel! 

So, lets say a prayer for Miss Nicole to stay with us and to be successful as our Solicitor works on getting this to trial as soon as possible or get him to plea to Life Without the Possibility Parole (or LWOPP, pronounced "el-WHOP") to save on the Death Penalty Provisions and the lengthy time invested in the case.

Either way, he will pay for what he did with his life. Thats the whole plan.
