• How about 2025? To celebrate the forthcoming Indian Consulate in Los Angeles, should Los Angeles City Hall be lit up in the colors of the Indian Tri-color flag to mark Diwali on October 21st? Remember that Diwali is officially celebrated by Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, Sikhs across India and unofficially by members of many other religions.
