As an ardent gamer myself, I've often been disturbed by certain experiences I've had with Russian players who have not only refused to communicate in English but have vexedly insisted on using their native language. This has not only set an inconvenient barrier but has frequently resulted in the toxic behaviour that greatly affects the quality of matches. Additionally, such modes of interaction have included unrelated political comments, especially those disrespectful towards the Ukrainian situation.

Among various platforms used by such players, Steam and Epic Games stand out. Hence, this causes fair and enjoyable gameplay to be compromised at different levels. It's worth mentioning that nearly 90% of the gamers, to my knowledge, reported similar experiences, again highlighting the prevalence and urgency of this issue.

In light of this, it is imperatively requested that the designers of popular gaming platforms such as Steam and Epic Games, Battle.net create dedicated local servers in Russia. This would ensure that these players interact and play exclusively within these regional servers, halting the disturbing intrusion on international ones.

Taking this step would not only improve the quality of gameplay but also maintain the well-being of the global gaming community. It's high time we advocate for responsible gaming habits while fostering a respectful and understanding gaming environment.
