I, along with my friends, have been ardent fans of Raising Cane's. We love the food and the atmosphere it provides. However, our enjoyment is often marred by the fact that the nearest outlet is almost two hours away from our beloved city of Columbia, SC.

Raising Cane’s has a reputation for serving quality chicken finger meals which are loved nationwide. According to QSR Magazine (2019), Raising Cane's was among the top 5 quick-service restaurant chains in terms of sales growth in America. This indicates its popularity and demand among people.

Columbia being South Carolina’s capital and second largest city with a population of over 130,000 residents (U.S Census Bureau), it only makes sense to have an outlet here. It would not only cater to us locals but also attract students from University of South Carolina and tourists visiting our beautiful city.

We believe that having a Raising Cane's in Columbia would greatly benefit both the community who loves their food and Raising Cane's as a business given our city’s potential customer base.
