Sorry to those who have already signed both petitions but I just want to  thank you for signing the petition to create a database to hopefully safeguard victims of domestic abuse. We as a family could have never been in this position if a database like this existed. Carmel was failed by so many agencies but this petition is not about blame , we just want to try and stop what we are going through as a family ever happening to your loved ones.
