Today, the fountain has been cleaned.

I have been informed that the council has a budget for cleaning the fountain, and at last it has been used for it's purpose.

I have been instructed to contact Councillor Ethan Radford at ethan.radford@nottinghamcity.gov.uk should any further issues arise as this area falls under his jurisdiction.
