Today, the fountain has been cleaned.

I have been informed that the council has a budget for keeping the fountain clean, and at last they have used it.

Should any further issues arise, I have been instructed to contact Councillor Ethan Radford at ethan.radford@nottinghamcity.gov.uk as this area falls under his jurisdiction.
