Se les informa que la garita vehicular del San Ysidro - Tijuana está abriendo aproximadamente 6 carriles adicionales durante horas pico. Esto está reduciendo parcialmente el tiempo de cruce. Algunas plumas electrónicas no abren si no acercan al máximo el frente del auto. Se recomienda aproximarse lentamente.
Por otra parte, un ciudadano nos compartió que realizó una queja formal el pasado 10 de Octubre ante el órgano interno de control de la agencia aduanal dirigida por Eduardo Rafael Gonzalez Martinez. El responsable que actualmente se está investigando por incumplimiento de responsabilidades administrativas es Esteban Fernando Quintanilla Ancira, Administrador de Aduana Tijuana. No obstante, segun el periodico el Zeta, el teniente-coronel Alejandro Eugenio Robles Segura es realmente el responsable. La fecha del escrito es 23 de Octubre de 2023.
Hasta la fecha, no hemos recibido respuesta por parte de ningún servidor público a las 13 preguntas que formulamos por escrito. Estas preguntas fueron diseñadas con la intención de evaluar su conocimiento acerca de la problemática, si poseen soluciones concretas y, lo más importante, su compromiso de servir a la ciudadanía. Se continuará insistiendo hasta lograr mayor avance de nuestra causa. Hay problemas adicionales a atender como lo es infraestructura.

This is to let you know that the San Ysidro - Tijuana vehicle checkpoint is currently opening approximately 6 additional lines during peak times. This has partially reduced the crossing time. Some electronic gates do not open unless you approach the front of your vehicle closely. It is recommended to approach your car slowly.
On another note, a citizen shared with us that they filed a formal complaint on October 10th with the internal control body of the customs agency led by Eduardo Rafael Gonzalez Martinez. The individual currently under investigation for administrative misconduct is Esteban Fernando Quintanilla Ancira, the Customs Administrator of Tijuana. Nonetheless, based on a publication from Zeta newspaper, the correct name is Alejandro Eugenio Robles Segura. The date of the document is October 23, 2023.
To date, we have not received responses from any public servants to the 13 written questions we posed. These questions were designed to assess their knowledge of the issue, if there were specific solutions, and, most importantly, their commitment to serving the community. We will persist until we achieve greater progress in our cause. There are unresolved issues to deal with such as infraestructure.
