Keep sharing - we need to get to ten thousand!

Sorry I have not been doing any updates on this ( have had done family problems) ECC kept the lights on for New Year's Eve last night. It will be back to normal again after this with lights out. They have tried to save money , but at a cost to you and your family or neighbours that have been affected by crime, burglary, or serious assaults or death. The cost of this is not just financially, it's emotionally, and in some cases life changing. We need more police back , and we need to give them the right environment for them to do their jobs. Unfortunately there will never be a crime free world , but we have to be able to give ourselves and the police the best opportunity to actually get these people caught, for people to get their processions back and I believe to do that we need to give the police and ourselves the tools to do so - light! Crime figures are very clear that there is s significant increase since the lights went out. People should not feel scared when coming home from night shifts etc. We work hard for our families and homes , not to have that taken away in a split second of that crime. The impact of that crime to the victims goes on for far longer, not just days, weeks, years - sometimes a lifetime . So please share in anyway you can to anyone that is in Essex and help make a difference. Thank you
