More than one year has passed…

…since I started this petition. I wished I posted this sooner, but I couldn’t for a variety of reasons such as my job since I work at a place that’s considered “essential” and that my job has been more demanding than ever thanks to COVID-19. Another reason is that I’ve been tackling some computer problems and that taking care of those problems has been consuming a lot of my spare time. I just hope that those computer issues won’t lead to anything worse.

Okay, enough talk about my current life situation that’s been affected by the pandemic and all. It’s hard to believe that’s been about a year ago since I started this petition that would get the ESRB to rate the PC version of the MCC “T” for Teen rather than “M” for Mature. A lot has happened over the past months, such as my few attempts to contact the ESRB about this petition, waiting for the PC version of the MCC to come out, ESRB rating it “M” for Mature which caused a dramatic change to this petition. Here we are in early 2020, still trying to get the game to have the “T”-rating that it should have as we try get through this pandemic. It felt like yesterday that I started the petition as soon as the PC version of the game was announced when the entire human population wasn’t at stake to a viral outbreak.

Originally, I was going to email the ESRB staff a few weeks ago about the petition itself but I have decided to put that on hold since the staff is trying to get through the pandemic, just like everyone else in the world. When COVID-19 gets eradicated or get highly maintained, I will try again to contact the staff. Even they need a break in this bleak time!

Just don’t forget that we can still keep this campaign going by spreading the word about this! All you have to do is to do one or more of the following actions:

• Chipping in. (Just save your money for the stuff you need to get through the pandemic!)
• Sharing this potion on Facebook, Twitter or whatever social media sites you use.
• Using email and SMS in order to send it directly to others.

Let’s not give up on this no matter what happens in this pandemic! Also, stay safe from the virus!
