I have recently sent the email to the ESRB staff and soon enough, they will be aware of this petition. This is going to take a number of business days for them to get to me due to the high volume of emails that they receive. In case you were wondering what the email said, here it is:

“To whom it may concern,

I am writing an inquiry about the PC version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection that will be released later this year.
