In my current role as a Human Resources employee, I am being bullied and discriminated against by my Human Resource Manager and General Manager at my place of employment. The ways that I have been bullied has been subtle as well as blatant.

As a female, African American, over the age of 40 employee, my rights has been violated on several occasions. Because I am an advocate for treating everyone with dignity and respect, I have spoken up on many internal issues and I have now became the target in the workplace. I have been isolated within my department, my pay is not equal to other employees (white male & female)within my department, I have been lied on, my duties have been reduced and given to my Caucasian co-workers,  I have been denied raises, denied development opportunities, had false reports created about me, and have now been subject to a work environment that I am in a setting of "anything that you do and or say will be used against you" as if, I am under arrest. 

I refuse to be bullied and say nothing. I have received disciplinary action advising that I am a disrespectful employee. However, they would not provide me with details on how and or why I am considered disrespectful. I know that this is an attempt to assassinate my character and it is a personal attack on me because I spoke up about the working conditions at our facility. 

No person should have their pay denied, work in an intimidating environment or be bullied from anyone. I will not be bullied, I will continue to speak up. 

Please help me end bullying in the workplace and create a safe, inclusive, work environment.

Any person that has experienced bullying, and or discrimination here, SPEAK UP. CHANGE CAN'T HAPPEN IF THE ISSUES ARE NOT TALKED ABOUT.

No matter what happens, God has the final say. What I do know, that no matter what the enemy tries, I am covered by the blood!
