The Erie County Community College will inevitably fall upon Erie County Taxpayers if approved. The Taxpayers of Erie County were sold a false bill of goods when the Casino gaming revenue was promised to lower taxes and ECGRA was formed instead. We are once again being played for fools by Kathy Dahlkemper, her Administration,  and her cohorts Ron DiNicola and Andre Horton of Empower Erie who were paid $360,000.00 to conduct a Community College "study" which fails to address the 100 MILLION DOLLARS needed for physical infrastructure and a sustainable funding source for the FIVE MILLION DOLLARS annually.

Words from the mouth of the Crown, [Dahlkemper] is "disappointed" in the Pennsylvania Board of Education's decision to hold a public hearing on the community college proposal in Erie County (Erie Times News). Why do these folks not want to hear from Taxpayers? Why do they want to silence the masses? Why do they want to silence YOU?!! 

Dahlkemper also stated "we have done our due diligence". Yet, The Dahlkemper administration has failed to answer HOW THIS WILL BE PAID FOR WITHOUT RAISING TAXES!! Our tax base has been beaten nearly to death with never ending taxes and fees. Its time we take a stand and draw a hard line against those who have forgotten the working people, what its like to live on a budget and to make ends meet. We can no longer accept governance whose answer for everything is to reach their hands in the pockets of We, The People.

All opposed to the creation of a stand alone Community College and INCREASED taxes should sign this petition and turn out in force on March 18th, Blasco Library at 10am. We will be heard. We will stop the Community College being placed upon the backs of Erie County Taxpayers.
