It's finally happening!!! HOLLYRIDGE STREET RENEWAL! Hollyridge Dr from Beachwood to Pelham - FRIDAY JUNE 23rd - June 28th - 6am - 4pm
Please note:
Received the notice that resurfacing should start on Hollyridge from Beachwood to Pelham. This is the asphalt portion and the requests on the concrete portions are still in, but are a separate program.

The First Phase of the project will require preparing the roadway by cold milling the street on,
The Final Phase of the project will require paving the roadway on, approximately,6/28/23 - 6/30/23 . Vehicle access and parking will be prohibited during the final phase.
“TEMPORARY NO PARKING” signs will be posted at least 24 hours prior to work. Vehicles parked on the street with a posted “NO PARKING” sign will be cited and towed. When work is not in progress, the signs will be reversed to allow for street parking.

Please note: If you are planning work that requires street excavation, please call one of the above numbers immediately. Once the street is resurfaced, any excavations within one year will be prohibited; or will require resurfacing of the entire block or intersection by the entity performing the excavation at their cost. If the street excavation is performed beyond the one-year moratorium, a graduated fee will apply. (Street Damage Restoration Fee per LAMC 62.06).
