Dear Friends:

Measure HHH needs a Federal audit! City of L.A. spent the money like drunken sailors! This is a looting of taxpayer money by way of legal loophole bank robbery!

HHH audit just released by the Controller, NOT ONE unit complete in 3 years! This is an outrageous smash and grab by developers who knew how to get "getable" money costing taxpayers $5.2 million in finance charges! HHH was voted on in November 2016 when L.A. city has 26,000 homeless, the Mayor ran on it and got re-elected in March 2017. Now, in 2019, per the last count we have 36,165 homeless in Los Angeles City and 59,000 in the County! After giving $1.2 Billion in taxpayer money to build housing for the homeless we have more than 10,000 homeless in the city than we had in 2016!
