Wow – what an incredible first week! This petition is less than a week old and already we’ve had an amazing response from the global rock and heavy metal community.

We’ve received not only hundreds of signatures, but fantastic comments, heartfelt messages, and even donations – it’s clear that the message is getting through: people agree that Ozzy Osbourne deserves a statue in Birmingham to honour his life, his music, and his role as the Prince of Darkness and pioneer of heavy metal.

Right now, we’re sitting at 761 supporters, which is absolutely incredible for under a week. That means we need just 239 more to reach 1,000 – our first big milestone!
