Hello! Thank you to all the support we have to this point. You have no idea how much it means to our family.  In June, we had a brave witness who came forward to our family and shared video footage they captured of the night Eric was killed by Michael “ Dallas “ Lucier, 35. 
The video footage is short, but contains alot of information…it does begin with Eric standing with both hands at his side, at his back is the wall of the warming station..  he has two male adults in front of him, one is the killer, the other was never disclosed to us, and when we have asked about it after taking the evidence to police headquarters it is never acknowledged.  There is no 5 on 1 attack, instead Eric is alone in this moment, when Eric is fatally stabbed his friends had come around the corner and grabbed him and started running while Michael Lucier runs after Eric and the other youth , while yelling death threats like “ im gonna get you, you are dead, you are all f**king dead” with other adult male in pursuit behind Lucier yelling “f**king Pus*ies”…

After weeks of being put off and waiting for an appt to discuss with the lead detective, they tell us through email, EPS say this doesn’t change anything, and say “Eric was not chased” even though you CLEARLY see him being chased and clearly hear the threats echoing through the sky. 

It should change everything! That is not self defense, and that is not the story they told us or the public! We DEMAND ACCESS TO THAT FULL VIDEO,  WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD WHY OUR BOY’s lifeless body was hidden UNDER THE TRAIN TRACK PLATFORM when EPS arrived, why he has stab marks in his back, and why this man has not been charged!
