A lot has changed in the last few months, apparently including the block producer sentiment toward the e caf.  I have been forewarned by a trustworthy source that this ruling could just come and go without even being voted on. We have to do everything we can to make block produces hear us!  This is the opportunity we have been waiting on!  Let's go people!  Get this thing attention and let every BP know!
