Two big updates today.  First, progress on our solution.  Second, how anyone who successfully registered for mainnet launch--even those with lost Non-compromised OR compromised private keys, can change their key pair and receive their telos when it's dropped on 10/17/18.

We still need lost key claim rulings from the ECAF for this or any other solution to actually be put to use for our purposes.
