A BIG thank you to all that have signed the petition to get Cranbrook's hot water issues resolved.  I sincerely appreciate your support.  

I have just had contact with EON and they would like to know exactly who is being affected by these issues so that they can map out the problems and have this investigated further.  

So if you have been having hot water issues in Cranbrook, can you PLEASE email the Heat EON team at heat@eon-uk.com with the subject heading as "Petition" (so that they know it's in relation to this) and let them know that you have signed the petition and that this is an issue that is affecting you and your family. 

I am trying my very best to work closely with EON so that they get this resolved... but I too need your support in doing so.
