URGENT Call-to-Action‼️ Please Contact your State Representative to ask them to vote no to the amendments on SB389! (You can leave a voicemail or send an email.) The Indiana House just significantly worsened the House Committee version of SB 389 with a just-adopted floor amendment: the latest version of the bill will strip all Class I wetlands - and many Class II wetlands - of any state protections. The full House will have the opportunity to vote on this version of the bill today.

The bill — now in its final form — and the House will vote whether to pass it today (4/13/21). More than 80 groups around the state oppose loss of wetland protection.
