Vexatious referrals under the spotlight

Finally the issue of registrants being referred to their regulator vexatiously is being examined.

Often these are whistleblowers or those raising concerns about poor practice - to only be rewarded by a referral with massive impact.

This has to stop and our regulators need to ensure they are not feeding this poor practice 

We have been making the PSA aware of this issue for a few years now - hoping some action is now taken
