
The intimidation in booking an Ola/Rapido cab
One can never relax after booking a Ola/Rapido, as u never know the charges that the driver will demand
They just say that its as per meter. Which Rs 25 per km for a cab and Rs 16/km for an auto which works out to be much above the charges shown in the App
This demand is made either as soon as u book it, or once the cab arrives or even after u progress in the ride
Either way when you are in a hurry or even otherwise after having booked a vehicle and boarded it, one has no time or patience to cancel and book again. And even if one rebooks, its the same status again..
This is such a torture and frustrating to face thos everything and the stress mounds up as soon as you book a cab
Whats more frustrating is the cab company keeping quiet even after you place a complaint and rate the travel very low. Which means that the service providers are hands and gloves with the drivers
If this condition is not rectified either by the companies or the government then the public will be put to trouble which is not a good condition and may result in a extreme step some where down the line
Hence requesting a strict action on this matter
