Millions of biological families have faced severe violations due to malicious actions by social workers, adoption agencies, and adoptive parents , state representative's, state attorney office representive , falsely claim biological ties. These entities have fraudulently prepared documents to rob biological parents of their rights and call it justified termination of parental rights. It's a heart-wrenching issue that I've personally been affected by and one that affects countless others every day. The core of this problem lies in the manipulation of documents in all family court proceedings,  dependency cases or and other court criminal civil proceedings, where the absence of genuine biological ties is ignored, and families are forcefully split apart and destroyed. 

Infringing on the rights of biological parents is not only unjust, it is an open and  shamely outright violation of fundamental constitutional, civil, and human rights. It is imperative that we take action to prevent these abuses and protect families from further trauma and abuse by state representative's, officals and otherpublicservants.

To address this grievous issue, we must ensure that every biological parent retains their legal rights, both before and after their children reach adulthood. No individual or organization without biological ties should have legal authority over biological children without explicit and irrefutable consent from the biological family or family members . 

Additionally, anyone, including social workers, guardians ad litem, therapists, or state representatives,state officials who engages in presenting egregious fraudulent documents or facilitates the illegal separation of a child from their biological family, should be regarded as complicit in human trafficking. This includes prosecuting those responsible for falsifying documents in court proceedings aiming to deprive biological parents of their rights.

We urge lawmakers and the judicial system to establish and enforce laws that recognize and protect the unassailable rights of biological families. That retailation by any state representative's and associates complicit  will face 100 year sentance and will have a no contact order for life by the biological family members.  Let's guarantee that no biological parent will have to suffer the torment of losing their children under false pretenses again and be told they have no rights to their own children or be told they have no claim to inherent biological benefits.  

This injustice has gone on for far too long, and it is imperative that we act now. Protect the rights of biological families; end the fraudulent practice of illegal adoptions, illegal removals of biological children for state and federal profit.  Stand with us to demand justice and safeguard the rights of biological parents to raise and maintain their families without interference or state representative's retailation on entire family and way of life.
