Tweet at PM Modi for a strong Road Safety Law

Hi, We have come a long way! Thank you all so much for your support. It has really meant a lot. As you know, I along with SaveLIFE Foundation (www.savelifefoundation.org/) submitted our petition to the Prime Ministers Office in the hope that India will soon have a strong Road Safety Law. But I have been hearing some alarming news lately. The Bill has not yet been introduced in Parliament and the new draft seems to have been watered down. For example, if negligent driving resulted in the death of a child, the provision of seven years of jail has been brought down to at least one year. I lost my baby in a road accident. The thought of someone getting away with killing a child in just one year is really heartbreaking. So, I need your help. Tweet at the Prime Minister with the #roadsafety (https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=.@narendramodi:%20Introduce%20a%20STRONG%20road%20safety%20law%20for%20India%20) and let him know that the new Road Safety law needs to be introduced immediately with strict provisions. That is the only way the new law can be effective. Even the Supreme Court has recently asked the lawmakers to provide for a stricter punishments for traffic rule violations.
