Today the developer withdrew their application for re-zoning of this parcel and it was taken off the agenda for the planning commission meeting that we were going to attend with our objections. But unless Deer Creek comes up with a permanent solution, it's only a matter of time before they try again. We need to start thinking about that NOW. Deer Creek needs to figure out how to insure that 9.48acre parcel remains as is and nobody takes away what many of us paid developers extra to live near. But for today, let's celebrate!
