Hello neighbors --

You've read, signed, and shared the petition. You know what's at stake for our community. You may feel some type of way about one or more of the issues.

As you know, we need as many Deer Creek homeowners and residents as possible to attend the meeting next week. A larger crowd of organized, upset, and angry (but respectful) residents can influence this case.

Our roadways literally can't handle any more traffic. Our stormwater and flood management in some areas would be at risk. Many residents were deceived and defrauded by the builder about this parcel. An important wildlife habitat would be destroyed. And our quality of life will suffer.

Developers don't live here. They haven't experienced what we have and they don't care about Deer Creek. They are not adding any value to our community by overbuilding and forcing us to try to live in the aftermath. We need to tell the City to say NO.

Please go to the meeting next Tuesday evening. Deer Creek really needs the support of as many residents and homeowners as possible to take a stand against this.
