There’s another update about Kelvin river - they’re going to add strong undercurrent warnings about danger of drowning and upgrade the fence, but unfortunately, they won’t be installing lifebelts                              However, lifebelts will be placed at other points along kelvin river , which will be used if someone get in difficulty in the water 🏊‍♂️🛟🌊
