Non-Negotiable Demand: Immediate guarantee of a total break of at least 5 (five) consecutive weeks at the end of current activities, with no cameras or promotional commitments.
Health Protocol: Supervision of health and nutrition by independent doctors not affiliated with the agency, to ensure the physiological recovery of the boys.
2. Documented Inconsistencies Regarding Heeseung’s Departure and Suspected Coercion
The official narrative surrounding Heeseung’s departure is contradictory and unacceptable. BELIFT LAB initially cited "different musical visions" only to recently admit that the group's "overpacked schedule" prevents solo activities (annex A). This contradiction is a direct public admission of systemic overwork and restrictive management.
Furthermore, comparative handwriting analysis between Heeseung’s past letters and his recent "resignation" note reveals severe discrepancies. Physical Security: We demand a massive increase in professional bodyguards during every movement and real filtering at airports and hotels.
Criminal Legal Action: We will no longer accept generic warnings. We demand the monthly publication of data regarding the actual criminal complaints filed against stalkers and defamers.
4. Ethical Management and Right of Veto (Puppet Management)
The objectification of ENHYPEN must end. The concept of "VANISH" must not become the prophecy of the disappearance of their identity under the weight of work.
Demand: The recognition of ENHYPEN as creative partners, granting them the right of veto over their own work schedules and decisions affecting their mental health.

ENGENEs are the economic engine of this company. If within 7 days from this notice tangible proof of change (announcement of the break, real enhancement of security, honest clarification on Heeseung) is not provided, we will proceed with:
Total Boycott: Suspension of all purchases of official merchandise, paid content, and memberships.
