Dear Sunterra HOA Board,

I am reaching out as a concerned resident in response to the significant and continuing support for the petition requesting a rental cap within the Sunterra community.

In less than one week, the petition has collected over 350 signatures from homeowners and residents who are deeply concerned about the growing number of rental properties, including Section 8 housing, and the effect this increase is having on community safety, property values, and neighborhood standards.
