Channel 12 picked up our story!

Great news! The issue of illegal turns during drop-off at 256th and Mosholu has been picked up by Channel 12, thanks to the visibility generated by this petition. I also spoke with a sergeant at the 50th precinct, and they’ve confirmed that police patrols in the area will be increased. This is incredible progress in such a short time.

That said, the ultimate goal is to secure a dedicated crossing guard for that corner. Please keep sharing the petition to maintain our momentum. If anyone has a contact at PS 81, I’d love to collaborate with them to work toward a long-term solution.
