News about the poisonings in San Pedro de Macoris!

At first I want to tell you how deeply moved I was when reading all your comments that followed my last news because it shows how great your support still is even now although the petition was closed 03/05/2017. But the fight continues! We had planned to ask as many of you as possible to share the Facebook entry of the poisonings showing also terrible videos about the dying dogs on Facebook sites of politicians and officials from San Pedro de Macoris, telling them that you will boycott this island and the region if this crime is not punished in accordance with the Dominican animal welfare law Ley 248-12 and measures are taken to prevent that this will happen again. But already the next day the entire entry had disappeared from Facebook! I hadn’t been able to download the videos the day before but I saved the photos. We demanded an explanation from the people who had published the news about the poisonings on Facebook but didn’t receive an answer! This strengthens the belief that the poisonings were authorized by officials from San Pedro de Macoris! Politicians and authorities that break the laws of their own country! And who want to hush up things afterwards! But we will not be deceived in such a way! We hope to be able to show you ways to protest as soon as possible! Warm regards, Isabel Gorski-Grobe
