This scenario has made these individuals a skid mark on the underpants of what was once a thriving society.

Despite numerous efforts to assist them—providing medical help and countless chances for rehabilitation—these individuals have continued down a path of filth and corruption. They have shown their distaste for kindness and opportunity, choosing to remain in a cycle that drags our community down with them.

Our solution doesn't have to be gentle; drastic times call for drastic measures. These individuals have alienated themselves from society, and it is now our duty to ensure the safety and growth of our community comes first.
