Network Homes will pursue legal possession proceedings

Dear Community Members,
I am writing to update you on the petition submitted to Network Homes regarding the eviction of Mr Anthony Williams, who is currently being supported by Brent Social Services. The Network Homes legal team has thoroughly reviewed the information and deemed it sufficient to pursue legal action.
Consequently, Network Homes will serve a legal notice of seeking possession with the intention of initiating possession proceedings. However, we want to emphasise that this process can be lengthy, and we will require the support of our community throughout.
We recognise that this is a significant concern for our community, and we share the common objective of removing Mr. Williams from the area. To achieve this, we need your help. It is crucial that we work together to ensure that justice is served and our community remains a safe and secure place to live.
We kindly ask for your assistance in liaising with the legal team. The input of those who signed the petition is highly valued, and we would greatly appreciate volunteers who are willing to provide further information. Your participation is essential to achieving our shared purpose of removing Mr. Williams from the area. If anyone has additional evidence that could strengthen the case, please provide it by email to sidmouth.community@gmail.com.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
