Enfield Labour run Council is planning on leaving all Parks and Cemeteries open at night that are currently locked. (listed below). 

This raises huge concerns about ASB and crime taking place.

In addition to the damage that could be caused to our parks at night. 

Enfield Council doing this to save £37k - which is a false economy with all the issues it will cause.
