We've reached 600,000 signatures! Thank you for all of your support in getting us there!
Two weeks today we will deliver the petition to Downing Street. Join us at 1pm in Old Palace Yard for a rally where we will hear from some high profile speakers, allied organisations and individuals affected by fuel poverty.
Speakers include: Prem Sikka, Caroline Lucas & John McDonnell among others.
Would you like to speak out about how this is affecting YOU and your family, friends and neighbours, what you are worried about, and what you want done?
If so, you are most welcome to just turn up on the day. And even decide on the spot if you’d like to come forward and speak (we will do our very best to fit you in). But it would also be really helpful to hear from you in advance. We’re hoping for a good representation – old and young, disabled and non-disabled, in mortgaged family homes and in rented bedsits, from round the corner and round the world. We are allowing two minutes per person to make space for as many speakers as possible!
Alternatively (or as well!) you could make a short statement on video (on your phone or, if in London, someone could come to you next week) that could be used for the cause, on social media.
